Server: Main Regulations
These regulations establish the standards of conduct, roleplay, and fair play across all official platforms of the server. By playing, you agree to follow them. Violations may result in penalties ranging from warnings to permanent bans.
Article I – Accounts & Security
Rule A – Account OwnershipEach account is the exclusive property of its creator. Accounts may not be shared, sold, traded, or transferred under any circumstances.
Sanction: Permanent Ban
Rule B – Account Responsibility
Players are fully responsible for their accounts. Administration is not liable for losses due to scams, negligence, or hacking.
Rule C – Account Limit
Each player may own only one account. Multi-accounting (“twinking”) is prohibited.
Sanction: Permanent Ban on all accounts except the primary; the primary may face suspension up to 60 days
Rule D – Faction Participation
Players may not have multiple characters in different factions simultaneously.
Exception: A third slot may allow two factions, but never senior positions in both.
Sanction: Warning
Rule E – Cross-Character Interactions
Characters belonging to the same player may not interact in any way (money, property, vehicles, influence, information).
Exception: Strictly RP-driven unavoidable actions (e.g., warrants, case reviews). Must not provide personal/financial benefit.
Note: Portraying relatives/friends requires an approved biography.

Rule F – Real Money Transactions
Any trade of accounts, property, or assets for real-world money is prohibited.
Sanction: Permanent Ban
Rule G – Character Naming
Names must be realistic and RP-appropriate. Prohibited: fictional/joke names, staff names, politicians, celebrities.
Exception: Unique names may be approved with a strong biography.
Sanction: Jail until corrected
Rule H – Character Gender
Characters of the opposite gender may only be played with an approved biography.
Sanction: Jail until corrected
Article II – Communication Standards
Rule A – Language RequirementAll IC communication must be in English. Other languages are allowed privately if all participants consent.
Sanction: Mute 120 minutes
Rule B – Respectful Conduct
Insulting players OOC or referencing relatives offensively is prohibited.
Sanction: Mute 180 minutes or Ban up to 7 days
Rule C – OOC in IC
OOC chat is restricted to designated channels (/b, /fb).
Sanction: Mute 25–60 minutes
Rule D – Chat Disruption
Spam, flood, CAPS, or disruptive noises in chat/voice are prohibited.
Sanction: Mute 5–30 minutes
Rule E – Voice & Audio Tools
Voice changers, soundboards, or sound effects without RP context are prohibited.
Sanction: Mute 60 minutes
Rule F – Hate Speech
Hate speech, racial slurs, or discriminatory language IC or OOC is strictly forbidden.
Sanction: Ban 1–15 days / HardBan / Permanent Ban
Article III – Roleplay Integrity
Rule A – Truthful RoleplayPlayers must answer truthfully in /do.
Exception: Questions covered by game mechanics (e.g., frisk system).
Sanction: Jail 90 minutes or a Warning
Rule B – RP Command Usage
Incorrect, trollish, or exploitative use of /me, /do, /try, /todo is prohibited.
Note: /try may only be used twice per scenario.
Sanction: Jail 20–60 minutes
Rule C – Powergaming (PG)
Forcing RP, exceeding realistic limits, or performing impossible actions is prohibited.
Sanction: Jail 50 minutes or a Warning
Rule D – Metagaming (MG)
Using OOC info IC, including Discord/VoIP for IC communication, is forbidden.
Sanction: Jail 120 minutes / Warning / Ban 2–5 days
Rule E – Deathmatching (DM)
Attacking/killing without a valid RP reason is prohibited.
Sanction: Jail 90 minutes or GunBan 4 hours
Rule F – Revenge Killing (RK)
Returning after death to seek revenge is forbidden.
Sanction: Jail 60 minutes or a Warning
Rule G – New Life Rule (NLR)
After death, a player forgets the last 15 minutes of RP.
Sanction: Jail 60 minutes
Rule H – Combat Restrictions
- No healing or looting during fights
- No rejoining combat within 15 minutes
- No robbing during gunfights
Sanction: Jail 60 minutes or Warning
Drive-by, Mass DB, shooting pedestrians from vehicles, or abusing armored vehicles is forbidden.
Sanction: Jail 45–90 minutes or Warning
Rule J – Criminal Masks
Masks are required for all criminal activity.
Exception: Spontaneous self-defense
Sanction: Jail 30 minutes
Rule K – Safe Zones
Robbery/kidnapping in starter job zones, Fort Zancudo, or green zones is prohibited.
Sanction: Warning
Rule L – Amoral & Sexual RP
Sexual or degrading actions without OOC consent are forbidden.
Sanction: Ban 3–7 days
Article IV – Property & Economy
Rule A – Business OwnershipEach player may own only one business.
Sanction: Confiscation of excess businesses
Rule B – Inactivity Forfeiture
Property is removed for inactivity. Paying taxes does not count.
Requirement: 1–2 hours daily (or equivalent weekly).
Sanction: Confiscation
Rule C – Fraud & Scams
Scamming players is prohibited. No reimbursement for losses.
Sanction: Permanent Ban
Rule D – Market Manipulation
Tax evasion, underpricing, or overpricing abuse is forbidden.
Sanction: 60-Day Ban
Rule E – Organization Assets
Personal use of faction/family property, siphoning warehouses, or selling family assets without approval is forbidden.
Sanction: Confiscation + Ban 7–30 days
Article V – Administration & Moderation
Rule A – Respecting StaffDisrespecting or insulting admins is prohibited.
Sanction: Ban 7–15 days / HardBan / Permanent Ban
Rule B – Staff Interference
Obstructing admins from resolving situations is forbidden.
Sanction: Kick / Mute / Jail / Ban
Rule C – Exploits & Cheats
Using, spreading, or hiding cheats, mods, or bugs is prohibited.
Sanction: Jail 180 min → escalating to Ban → HardBan → PermBan
Rule D – Stream Sniping
Targeting streamers to disrupt gameplay is forbidden.
Sanction: Ban 3–7 days or HardBan 15 days
Rule E – Streamer Interaction
Providing gifts/money or unsolicited help to streamers is prohibited.
Exception: Only if requested directly.
Sanction: Kick / Jail 60 min / HardBan 3 days
Rule F – OOC–IC Conflicts
Transferring conflicts between IC and OOC is forbidden.
Sanction: Ban 3–7 days
Rule G – Real-Life Threats
Threats of real harm = instant removal.
Sanction: Permanent Ban
Rule H – Hate Speech & Discrimination
Discrimination based on race, religion, gender, or social group is forbidden IC & OOC.
