General Rules:

1.1 The raid on Fort Zancudo is a fully IC (in-character) event in which all criminal organizations may participate. This event is aimed at obtaining materials necessary for crafting for all factions.
1.2 Raid schedule: 12:00 to 22:00.
1.3 All general server rules apply during the event.
Exception: PG (Powergaming), DM (Deathmatch), and NonRP Driving (only applies to driving with popped tires).
1.5 The use of the Revolver, sniper rifles and their Mk2 versions, and the StunGun is prohibited. | Jail 45 minutes / HardBan 3–5 days + weapon seizure.
1.6 It is prohibited to occupy elevated positions that cannot be accessed without aircraft. | Jail 15 minutes.
1.7 Intentionally destroying enemy material transport trucks (Speedo/matovozka) is prohibited. | Jail 60 minutes.

Rules for the National Guard:

2.1 RK (Revenge Kill) is prohibited. | Jail 60 minutes / WARN.
2.2 Pre-preparation for the event is prohibited. | Verbal or strict warning to the leader.
Exception: IC info from other government faction members.
Note: Pre-patrolling, increased patrols, and other MG (metagaming) actions to obtain info are forbidden.
2.3 You may request support from other government agencies only when there is IC info about a raid. | Verbal warning to leader.
2.4 Faction vehicles may be used as barricades and cover.
Exception: You may not build mazes or "snake" patterns that are hard to navigate, nor "tunnels" of vehicles. | Verbal warning to leader.
2.5 Firing from vehicles is prohibited. | Jail 40 minutes.
2.6 Shooting from or into the Control Tower or any locked interior within Fort Zancudo is prohibited. | Jail 30 minutes.

Rules for Government Factions:

3.1 Support for the National Guard may only be provided after a /dep announcement. | Verbal warning to leader.
Exception: Final number of government participants is determined by the Chief/Deputy Admin of the server.
3.2 Assistance to the National Guard must take place within Fort Zancudo. | Verbal warning to leaders.
3.3 Blocking Checkpoint 1 or 2 is prohibited. | Verbal warning to leaders.
3.4 Handcuffs are prohibited. | Jail 45 minutes.
Exception: After the raid, you may detain up to 5 players for interrogation.
3.5 Using criminal faction material trucks is prohibited. | Jail 25 minutes.

Rules for Criminal Factions:

4.1 Players not in a faction may not be present. | Jail 30 minutes.
4.2 One IC alliance is allowed. | Jail 50 minutes / Strict warning to leader.
4.3 Minimum participants per faction: 5. | Jail 30 minutes / Verbal warning to leader.
4.4 Maximum participants per faction: 40. | Jail 30 minutes / Strict warning to leader.
Exception: Final limit is set by server Chief/Deputy Admin. If not specified, it's 40.
4.5 Approaching Fort Zancudo is allowed using faction vehicles and personal vehicles painted in faction colors. | WARN.
4.6 A faction may only attack once per day. | Jail 40 minutes for all / Verbal warning to leader.
4.7 Entry to Fort Zancudo must be through Checkpoint 1 or 2 only. | Jail 25 minutes.
4.8 Loading material trucks during a firefight near the loading point is prohibited. | Jail 35 minutes / Materials seized.
4.9 If multiple criminal factions meet in Fort Zancudo, a shootout must occur. | Jail 20 minutes / Verbal warning to leader.
4.10 No vehicle movement inside the base. | Jail 20–60 minutes.
Exception: Material trucks.
4.11 Use of zip ties and sacks is prohibited. | WARN.
4.12 Robbery or kidnapping is prohibited. | WARN.
4.13 Intentional inactivity during the raid is prohibited. | Jail 45 minutes / Verbal warning to leader.
Explanation: Inactivity includes lingering after material loading, capturing points just to start shootouts, etc.
4.14 Capturing or blocking the Control Tower, locker room, or any closed interior is prohibited. | Jail 35–60 minutes.
4.15 Holding an enemy material truck at your own or allied faction’s respawn is prohibited. | Jail 45 minutes / Strict warning to leader.
4.16 Intercepting enemy trucks during or after the event is prohibited. | Jail 40 minutes / Verbal warning to leader.
4.17 Respawning vehicles before the end of the raid is prohibited. | Verbal warning to leader.
4.18 At least one video recording from the moment of loading materials is required. | Verbal warning to leader.
Note: The video must have original sound, 480p+ quality, be stored for 72 hours, and be provided upon admin request.
4.20 Materials may only be transported using material trucks. | Jail 60 minutes / Verbal warning to leader + materials seized.
4.21 Ambushing SANG at or near exit points from interiors is prohibited. | Jail 60 minutes.
Example: Controlling the exit from the Control Tower, etc.
