History:
Flora Verlice came up on the mean streets of Los Santos, brought up by a single parent after his cop father was assassinated in the line of duty. Flora's dad had attempted to expose the corruption of the police, but his murder left a shattered family and a bitter legacy. This initial exposure to the fallibility of the system molded Flora's opinion of justice—it was broken, but could be manipulated.
Resolved to become somebody, Flora signed up for the LSPD, hoping to gain power and respect. Idealistic at the beginning, he soon enough saw the law was merely a game. Every promotion, every solved case, appeared to be based on favors, payoffs, and manipulation. He witnessed fellow officers ignoring crime, covering up for wrongdoing.
Now an old and seasoned detective, Flora has succumbed to the same corruption he once loathed. Employing his inside information, he uses his position for self-profit. Gone is loyalty to the badge—now only money and power are what he craves.
Current situation:
Bent on transcending his past, Flora Verlice became a member of the LSPD with the aim of gaining respect and power. At first, he thought he could bring about a difference, playing by the book. But soon enough, he came to understand reality: the law was a game. Getting promotions and solved cases did not come from hard work but from favors, bribes, and manipulation. Flora witnessed officers hiding crime, turning blind eyes for personal benefit, and taking advantage of their badge.
Now a veteran detective, Flora has completely adopted the corruption he once abhorred. With insider information and connections, he uses his job for personal gain and leverage. His allegiance to the badge is but a distant memory only power, money, and control motivate him now. He teeters on a thin line, but it's the only life he knows.

Power and Influence
The law is a game, and the players who do it right have power. Corruption gives me the edge to dictate results, not only for personal profit, but to dominate criminals as well as fellow police officers.
Legacy of My Father
My dad was murdered for attempting to reveal the corruption within the force. His death presented me with an option: carry on his cause or join the system that claimed him. Today, corruption is survival, and I will employ it in order to obtain what was deigned away from my family.
Systemic Reality
The game is fixed, and the winners win by manipulating. I've seen people make it up the ranks by stretching the rules. Now, I embrace that reality and try to succeed in it, leveraging my position for personal advantage.
Financial Security
Corruption provides the fastest path to financial independence. With inside information and connections, I am able to make my badge a source of profit, guaranteeing an existence of security and riches.
Desire for Control
I wish I could control what happens in the city, who gets arrested, and who gets away. I can use corruption to have everything my way.
Outcomes:
1. Flora can take bribes up to 100k, or guns (can't be hostage )
2 . Flora can search for bodycam and break it with /try command ( 3 times per sit)
3 . Flora can remove people from wanted or take them out of jail for a fee (100k max or guns)
4. Flora has the prior gang skills to fight in a 1v2 and thus can shoot them
5. Flora can leak information to gangs for bribes (100k or guns)
6. Flora can do illegal activities while in the city alone or with his friends ( ghetto clapping, robbing, etc)
7. Flora always wears a mask and thus cannot be recognized by anyone unless he removes the mask and shows identification
8. Flora can refuse to show ID to protect himself
9. Flora can directly kill anyone who knows his identity to protect himself ( ofcourse its not gonna be randomly killinging anyone in a sit that knows me, its more like i arrest someone he knows me somehow and is saying u are cooked im gonna report you to government) ( the person has to follow nlr and forget me)
10. Flora can pick up and keep guns that he found in a gunfight ( after the shooting ends) and later on sell them for personal profit. (This includes org geards DROPPED by others)( following gr6.3 Flora cannot steal from org wh)
