- Why do you want to be a leader of specific organization?
- A) I want to be the leader of the Bloods gang because I’ve always been into gangs. Ever since I started, I’ve been involved in them, and it’s where I feel like I belong. For me, Bloods is not just a gang, it’s a family, and we need to show everyone that we run the streets and always represent the ghetto. If I’m the leader, I want to make sure everyone has a chance to get a rank and grow in the gang. Everyone who joins should feel like they belong, no matter where they’re from. Bloods is for anyone who’s loyal and ready to fight and participate events like battleship. Together, we’ll prove that Bloods is on top, and we won’t let anyone forget us, and nobody will be able to ignore us as we will be patrolling the ghetto daily.
B) I believe that I have been in gangs long enough, as I have been deputy almost 4 times and underdeputy in any gang I go. I have always led situations and gangs even through the tough times when they werent active, and now I think it is my time to step up to become a leader of the Bloods , as it is the most notorious gang in the city, and I will be ready for any challenge to come, and with myself and my deputies, I will be able to get through it all. I want everyone to know about Bloods and to make the ghetto active, as commonly you do not see any gangs in the ghetto now. I would like to change that and I would also like to host some events for police, so they have something to do.

- Previous leadership experience:- i was ex leader of ballas on en3 grand rp i was more then 4 times deputy and in every gang i go i get underdeputy rank
- Your leadership style: - Working with people not only as a leader, dealing with them and having them work for me, but as a family or homies and without toxic weights higher ranks
- Your roleplay style: My gang members have to know all the server rules so they don t break any

- How will you engage the community? Higher ranks are only given to people with a lot of knowledge and not to everyone
- Ideas for new activities within the organization - Hiring is an important process of any organisation, and it is needed to get into the gang. I think that we can invite a lot of people, as I can invite my family and friends. This will improve overall roleplay as we will be able to have large numbers which means we can host a lot of events.

- Why should we choose you and not others? -
I have a lot of experience in other servers as leader deputy and also under deputy. I always had a lot of people in my gang. I had up to 130 people in the city and that only in 7 days. I'm sure that no one else has achieved what I have achieved. - Additional comments:
