2. General Information
- Why do you want to be a leader of specific organization? I want to lead the Ballas because I understand gang RP well. I have a clear vision of how to make Ballas one of the most respected and active groups on the server. I've participated in more than a gang as a deputy for some time, and I know what it takes to run a successful and organized gang. I will always try to bring more activities to server if possible and also make sure the gang is running the RP well.
- Previous leadership experience: I have been deputy in crystal in bloods and marabunta also in other projects as deputy.
- Your leadership style: I always make sure that every gang member is respectful and also make sure that he runs the RP well, as well as making the gang active and go for turfs.
- Your roleplay style: My RP style is serious and respectful. I take every situation with care, whether it’s a small situation or a big situation. I always follow the server rules and make sure I’m creating scenarios that make sense, flow naturally, and give other players something to work with. I’m here to build real gang, not just play around I want every moment to feel like it matters.

- How will you engage the community? I am ready to guide new players who are interested in the criminal lifestyle and help them get started the right way. That means showing them how to roleplay properly, how to use faction tools and understand the rules of the city. By doing that, i do not just building a stronger gang i am helping them have a better, more fun experience that makes them want to stick around and keep playing.
- Ideas for new activities within the organization: The activities are that we can do situations and also make the ghetto active as well as make global events other than make 100% turf.

- Why should we choose you and not others? I should be chosen over other because am always active in server and always been in gangs since i joined the project i have been deputy in other projects as well as in crystal RP
