To reflect this standard, there will be regular parades showcasing the strength and precision of SANG.
The recruitment process is evolving.
No longer will it be as simple as showing a passport and a gun license to join. You will be tested—not just in your ability to shoot, but in how you carry yourself.
You will be expected to speak with strength, lead with confidence, and act with discipline.
A gun license means nothing if you can’t shoot under pressure. Your skills will be tested. Your mindset will be challenged. Only the capable will earn their place.
SANG will proudly host weekly tournaments, putting the city's finest shooters head-to-head against SANG’s elite.
Prizes will be determined in coordination with senior administration.
The top performers—those who prove themselves in skill and composure—may be offered a special contract with SANG, should they choose to accept it.
SANG will no longer be confined to walls and barricades, limited to weak gate duty.
We will extend our presence beyond the base—patrolling the mountains, creeks, rivers, oceans, and skies.
Our reach will be wide. Our presence will be known.

Practically, I am a very busy man and my plan is to get support from friends from previous projects such as Mark Hobbs and so on. I wish to lead a great SANG but if player in city may limit me so its upto Project lead and adminstration to realise this and aid with influence for SANG which we can speak about in private. If someone worthy can lead besides me and take my notes i am greatful and will aid in there leadership.
