• Why do you want to be a leader of specific organization?
  1. As a leader of Russian Mafia I want to show to government How Russian mafia can scare the whole city as doing a crime providing drug s killing people taking hostages for money selling guns in black markets as a part of a gang but we are the mafias we do some different things also we are not coming front of the side of everyone that we are doing crime but the background everything should be done by us I want to show them how can we takedown the city if we want so right now my goal is to make Russian Mafia organisation as I can work as a leader as a boss

• Your leadership style: In my leadership I will take deputies who can be active take high commands who can do lot of activity and make my organisation the most active
• Your roleplay style: We will do fucking event And so to all legal organisation what Russian Mafia can do...

4. Vision for the Server

• How will you engage the community? Hiring those people who know the city rules giving high commands by taking interview tell them about events and what should you want to follow an event if you're not following so we will give you strikes and lot of bonus if you attending events!!
• Ideas for new activities within the organization: First hiring experience peoples as a high command second hiring peoples who know the rules hiring those people who can do events of day and nights taking my deputies who can attend day events and night events giving them a perfect bonus so they will attend events and providing them guns and loot first thing I'm not serious later i'll do fun with them i'll enjoy with them activities I will personally teach them if anyone don't know about how to attend the event if I can help them so I will help i'll try to make the activity more interesting if there is nothing to do so we will do some fun activity!!

• Why should we choose you and not others? I have experience I have backup plans to make active my organisation as I will try to do everything for making active giving them bonus everything providing them guns!! As this is a new type of organisation so I will try people are interested to join !!
