1 . As I have prior experience in leadership roles and a deep understanding of the organization’s goal.

1. I like to create real life scenarios in RP even if it is hard to imagine that it can be created.
2. Scenarios like corrupt officers is a possiblity , so i will try to keep the calmness and look forward to act like a Leader.
3. RP situation should feel like real , like planning and negotiating for Hostage, etc...

- How will you engage the community?
I will ensure the LSPD is active, responsive, and involved in major server events. I’ll implement regular patrol rotations, encourage community ride-alongs, and create training sessions open to all. Additionally, I’ll promote RP opportunities with civilians through traffic stops, investigations, and community policing initiatives.
Every Officer will have his shift according to their time-zone.
- Ideas for new activities within the LSPD:
- Structured academy training for cadets
- Weekly patrol themes (e.g., DUI enforcement, gang suppression, community outreach)
- Ride-along and internship programs
- Joint task forces with other departments (e.g., SWAT, Fire, EMS)
- Monthly evaluations and promotions based on merit and RP quality
- Internal affairs and detective division for advanced RP

I’m consistent, fair, and driven to make the LSPD one of the most respected and engaging departments in the city. I know how to build and maintain a team that values both fun and professionalism.
