Traffic Enforcements Units (TEU) – This department will do patrolling in city and make sure the city is saffer from illegal activities.
Human Resource ( HR ) - The responsibility of this department is to give training to members.
Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT) – The responsibility of this department is to respond to the global as fast as they can to attend all the events.
Internal Affairs (IA) - This Department will check the activity of the units and do to regular check up.
Detective Bereau (DB) – This Department will have members having detective skills , Who can Work Secretly to gather evidence of a criminal act without revealing their identity.

2. General Information
- Why do you want to be a leader of specific organization?
i) I started RP in different project server. Also I have been Co-Leader of an Active family. So I have a quite good management and leadership experience. I have been 2 terms NG Leader and LSPD Leader with most successful terms , so I am confident enough to apply for LSPD in this project.
ii)If I become a leader I am confident enough to get good officers in the organizations who will provide training and help me running LSPD perfectly. I am pretty sure if I gets the Term it will try my best to make it active.
iii) LSPD is one of the most Responsible organisation in the city to maintain law and order. As a LSPD leader I will listen to the citizen and their issues and will try to solve all the problems of the city.
3. Leadership & Roleplay
- Previous leadership experience: NG Leader , LSPD Leader (in other project)
- Your leadership style: i am very calm and quite i have the leadership quality
- Your roleplay style:
I) I will make a strong HR department to provide training.
II) I will have zero tolerance against toxicity.
III) I will conduct City Petrol to make the City safe.
IV) Making plans before attending every event and discussing them with the high command.
V) Talk one to one and listen to problems of every Officers and will try to fix it.
VI) Will increase bonuses as it will motivate the Officers working in LSPD.
4. Vision for the Server
- How will you engage the community?

iii) i will engage my officers to work hard and safe the city from criminals from citizens - Ideas for new activities within the organization:
i) Regular PR Events
ii) Regular City patrol
iii) Regular Border patrol for the safety of the citizens from criminal
iv) Regular Canabis Hunt / Arresting the criminals

As i already told i was leader in other project as a NG Leader and LSPD Leader i have a quite experience in terms of leadership i can well managed to make it active and best term. - Additional comments:
