2. General Information
- Why do you want to be a leader of specific organization?
- ( A ) I have seen amazing things in LSPD but also noticed there are things missing. When I get leadership of LSPD I will make sure to recruit non-stop for skilled police officers. Of course, I won’t be able to do this on my own, therefore I will select people with good communication and training skills as my High Command. I will provide them with selection criteria and with a training that is made to learn on the job, as the job within LSPD is all about practical thinking and thinking in solutions rather than problems. I will select based on the qualities someone has.
- ( B ) Another reason I want to be the leader of the org is because I feel like I have great leadership skills already being higher ups in legal and illegal organizations. I also love the LSPD as it was the first ever legal org that I joined coming into the server and I think I can help it reach its max potential. I have already thought about newer ranks that I would implant and how I could make sure everyone is doing there best.
- ( C ) The main reason I want to be leader of the LSPD is because of my knowledge of legal orgs. I have been Assistant cheif of police mulltiple time , Assistant director 2x , Assistant Genral , and Cheif commander ( DEPUTY EXP ARE MENTIONED BELOW ) ( ALL THESE RANK EXP ARE FROM OTHER PROJECT GRP ) . I want to make the city of los santos the safest it could possibly be and would do anything in my power to make sure it is.
3. Leadership & Roleplay
- Previous leadership experience: I haven't been leader. But i served state orgs multiple time as an DEPUTY in other project ( GRP ). I have been LT. Genral 2x , DCOP 1x , Undersherrif 1x
- Your leadership style: As a leader i admit that being biased is not good for the project as well as org. So i being against biased ideology i will make my org best in the state by assisting every single unit in my org.
- Your roleplay style: I love making the roleplay very simple and effective. I find RP in every single part of the game in every single interaction. By being cheif of police i will introduce many RP method to make the RP best.
4. Vision for the Server
- How will you engage the community?
---> About engaging the community as a leader i will make every one aware about LSPD work. Also i will manage the PR very well to engage the community LSPD under my leadership will introduce many schemes like giving oppurtunity to criminals to leave their crime world and help the state to make the city better and safe for the citizen. - Ideas for new activities within the organization:
--> I will make such awards like best officer of the week , best department of the week , and will set the prizes. I will ensure that in my term LSPD will do most arrest. And the IA department will also take care of every single Valid document works.

- Why should we choose you and not others?
---> There are multiple reason to select me as LSPD leader. I will enhance the roleplay as the leader of LSPD and also will take responsibilty for 0 rule break from my org. And i have also a long exp of State orgs as deputy. Also a major point for my selection is i am totally a faction player. - Additional comments:
