Why do you want to be the leader of the organisation?
1. Being a high command of Bloods Currently I am aware of every criminal activity and event in the city that's why I belief I am capable of Managing a gang.
2. I Want to make Vagos the most notorious and active gang in the city, every Leader and High Command will be Vagos Hostage, every Weapon Store will be robbed and NG will leave with not even a few bits of material. Vagos will take away every legal org sleep away and that's my dream.
3. Vagos is my favourite gang and also very closed to my heart and I love yellow.
3. Leadership & Roleplay
Previous leadership experience:
I don't have any leadership experience in any criminal organisation.
Your leadership style:
1. Hiring player who are truly interested to Rp as a criminal.
2.Building a Strong Team of High Commands (Trust Worthy and experience deputy)
3. Maximum priority to create cereous in the city.
4. Active monitoring on members behaviour and their roleplay.
5. Minor mistake of members will be deal with constructive criticism.
6. Maintaining peace in the organisation and try to avoid any kind of conflict and firing and even org blacklist if any employees found guilty disturb the peace of the organisation.
Your roleplay style:
1. Making Friends.
2. Avoiding Conflicts.
3. Maintaining a proper roleplay by strictly following the server rules.
4. Making Cereous in the city as much as possible.

Why should we choose you and not others?
I am one of the most active players in the city and also, I had the knowledge and experience about all the activities of gang in the city as I am currently a high command in bloods.
Additional comments:
I believe I am capable to run the gang successfully.
Minor mistake can happen in the application or even in the leadership but I am learning and constantly improving myself in my Rp journey.
