2. General Information

• Why do you want to be a leader of specific organization?

I would like to be the leader of the Government in Crystal RP because I enjoy helping others, hearing all voices, making fair and equal decisions for all to enjoy, and making fun and realistic experiences for the community and citizens of the city. I believe that reflecting on my past experiences as Deputy Governor, Attorney General, and many terms serving as the Chief of staff and all positions / department roles below. I believe that a governor who acquires these past experiences could lead and create a functional government and please everyone including other state organizations. I will ensure communication is held frequently, and paychecks for bonuses are compensated on time, and events get done throughout the week.

3. Leadership & Roleplay

• Previous leadership experience: Although I have never been a leader over here, I have been deputy governor already and I believe now that Governor applications are open, it is my time to put my experiences to use finally.

• Your leadership style: My leadership style is fair, active, and citizen focused. I believe in listening to others to make important decisions and focusing on a balanced city. I stay organized, communicate clearly, and always aim to do what's best for the city and its people.

• Your roleplay style: My role play style is realistic, creative, and respectful to all. I stay in character and follow all the rules. I always aim to make the experience fun and engaging for everyone involved. I like to build stories that keep the role play serious but enjoyable.

4. Vision for the Server

• How will you engage the community? As Governor, I will engage with the community by hosting public events, listening to the citizens' concerns and work continuously to try and fix them, as-well as working closely with other organizations to improve the city. I'll stay active, be available for feedback, and make sure the government is connected to what the people want. My goal as Governor is to keep the community / citizens involved in decisions that are made.

• Ideas for new activities within the organization: Government building meetings, Government job affairs for all, LI press conferences, Law Proposal Competitions (citizen lead, citizens will have the ability to summit a law for a change or to be added and the Legislative Branch will speak on it along with other state organizations.), Court Education Department (CED), Department Budget Meetings held weekly, Internship program (Government Student Training & Entry Program (GOVSTEP)

5. Additional Information

• Why should we choose you and not others? Based on my application I feel as if choosing me would be an option beneficial to all. Prior experiences, new ideas, vital communication skills, and giving the people what they want. Electing me as the Governor of the city would be the best idea because of all of these statements / evidence.
