Why do you want to be the leader of the organisation?
1. I had an experience as an EMS leader in a different roleplay server so I believe I am capable to take the term of EMS.
2. I had more than 72 hours experience in the city and Every time I had a bad dream I had to wait in EMS for treatment and also absence of a doctor in certain extent spoils the roleplay situation. I want doctors should present in the lobby and attend call because it affects the roleplay and I am interested to take that responsibility.
3. EMS holds a very special place in my heart because it feels good in helping other, rather killing them.
3. Leadership & Roleplay
Previous leadership experience: I had got the experience as an EMS Leader in a different Rp server.
Your leadership style: 1. Hiring player who are truly interested to Rp as an EMS employee.
2.Building a Strong Team of High Commands (Trust Worthy and experience deputy)
3. Maximum priority to lobby and call. (Lobby must be empty even if I had to be there for whole day)
4. Active monitoring on employee's behaviour and their roleplay (Employee should interact with citizen not just behaving like NPC's)
5. Minor mistake of employees will deal with constructive criticism.
6. Maintaining peace in the organisation and try to avoid any kind of conflict and firing and even org blacklist if any employees found guilty disturb the peace of the organisation.
Your roleplay style: 1. Making Friends.
2. Avoiding Conflicts.
3. Maintaining a proper roleplay by strictly following the server rules.
4.Vision for the Server
How will you engage the community?
1. BONUS system.
2. Promotion Ceremony.
3. Accouchement of Top 3 employees IC Picture and Name (as an employee of the week) who were most active in the org and also honoring and rewarding them.
4. Minimum activity requirement.
Ideas for new activities within the organization:
1. Regular Checkup of Legal Organisation.
2. Collaboration with Leo's and Militant.
3. Active PR team or active PR activity to Create a good image of EMS in the city.

Why should we choose you and not others?
As I said earlier, I could not found any doctor inside EMS and as EMS is a vital spot in the city and presence of no employees is definitely spoiling the roleplay.
I had quite experience in almost every organisation within different rp server but I believe I hold a strong grip in EMS and I can make my term in Ems one the best term.
Additional comments:
I believe I am capable to run a successful term of EMS if I get an opportunity.
Minor mistake can happen in the application or even in the leadership but I am learning and constantly improving myself in my Rp journey.
