Why do you want to be a leader of specific organization?
(I) I want to become the Leader of Ballas because I have the Capability to Lead a team. If I become the leader of Ballas then I will focus on improving our internal structure, making sure that team structure, Discipline and Professionalism are maintained at the highest level.
(II) I will give special attention that everyone is active in the city or not and whoever is inactive will be demoted or else dismissed from the faction if or she continues to being active.
(III) I will introduce a huge Bonus Structure So that the employees gain more interest in doing the work and this gang be the most active org in the city
Rebuilding Ballas Role in the City's Criminal Landscape.
I will give my best to bring back the reputation and influence of this gang, Ballas must recover their feared image in the city which will includes viral crimes by live streamed robberies or captures etc. Ballas will expand their territory and diversify their criminal ventures like narcotics trade, arms trade and portray ballas like an evil in public image.
Building Long-Term Structure and Stability Within the Gang
I will Give Special attention that everyone is connecting with each other so that everyone feels prioritized and none feels left out. I will also Introduce a huge bonus structure so that everyone can earn and as well as everyone enjoys also. I will also try to make a friend circle within the gang members so that in any situation they can resolve their conflicts within themselves and doesn't hamper our gang activity.

Previous leadership experience: I have been the leader of 1x NG, 2x marabunta, 1x bloods
Your leadership style: For me Loyalty is the main priority, no matter how much special he/she is I don't care. I Like connect with others But only if they are respectful But that doesn't mean that I will not punish them.
Your roleplay style: I love to focus on improving RP I will try to make rp a arrow and make more realistic so the players on city will have fun
4. Vision for the Server
I would suggest that we should add more RP events for this organization which will gain Interest of newbies. Lastly I would ensure that the new recruits go under strict RP evaluation . This will filter out the Non serious players.

Because I don’t just want a position, I want to build something that lasts. I have that capability to lead a gang ang I make people feel seen, heard, and part of something bigger
