Dear Crystalrp Administration Team,

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the lack of clear information regarding the family feature on your GTA RP server. As a dedicated player, I was excited to explore the family system, which I assumed would enhance the roleplay experience. However, I was deeply disappointed to discover that maintaining a family requires payments in real-money in-game currency, a detail that was not communicated when I created my family.

Upon setting up my family, I received no notification or prompt indicating that recurring payments were necessary to keep the family active. There was no documentation or in-game notice outlining the costs, frequency, or consequences of non-payment. To my surprise, after failing to make an unspecified payment, my family was abruptly disbanded without any prior warning. This lack of transparency is highly frustrating and undermines the trust players place in your server.

The absence of clear communication about such a critical feature is unacceptable, as it can lead to players unknowingly losing progress and investments in their roleplay. I strongly urge you to address this issue by implementing the following:

  1. Provide clear, upfront information during the family creation process, explicitly stating that real-money in-game currency payments are required to maintain the family.
  2. Include in-game notifications or reminders about upcoming payment deadlines to prevent unexpected disbandment.
  3. Offer detailed documentation on your server’s website or in-game interface explaining the family feature’s mechanics, costs, and consequences.
  4. Consider a grace period or warning system before disbanding families for non-payment, giving players a chance to address the issue.
I believe these changes would greatly improve the player experience and demonstrate your commitment to transparency and fairness. I hope you take this feedback seriously and address these concerns promptly to prevent other players from experiencing similar frustrations.

Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your response and any steps you will take to resolve this issue.

Sincerely,
Lui Colucci
