Dear higherups, I hope that you are doing great. I made a forum 3 days ago https://forum.play-crystalrp.com/threads/rdm-id-58.382/ and i have been waiting for the response of the admin. When i rechecked the forum i found out that the Mr. Leon requested a POV from me although i already provided a POV that was long enough (It was kinda of a wrong decision) instead i didnt refuse and provided it and i have been waiting for the response until today. As you know if 48 hours pass for the POV it will be invalid and that is what happened right now the POV is invalid. As my rights of a player i would love a compensation for this as even after the rule break that i went through the player still didnt get punished.

Dear Nova,


After reviewing your complaint, we have decided to reject it.


Reason:
1. The admin has the right to request a longer POV of the situation. As he wanted to see whether demands were given, more background to the situation, etc.

2. If the admin has already started reviewing the complaint when the POV was valid, then it’s still valid even if a verdict was not reached yet.

3. I will speak to the admin to give his verdict ASAP.
