Hello,
Today I tried to log in and saw that I have been permanently banned by Ender Salvador for GR 1.4.
About two weeks ago, I created an account to play on Crystal. A day later, I changed my Social Club name. After that, I couldn’t log into my account anymore because the Social Club link was no longer correct. Since I had only played for about two hours, I simply created a new account, thinking I wouldn’t lose much anyway.
I want to emphasize that I only have one Social Club account, and I no longer have access to the first game account because I changed the Social Club name.
I understand my mistake and would really appreciate a second chance. I only actively played on one account. Next time, I will open a ticket in the Technical section instead.
