After many years of operating in Japan both legally and illegally the criminal organization Akatsuki decided to expand its operations to Los Santos in search of greater influence on the global stage. Their success in Japan had earned them many enemies: envious rival groups that longed to take everything Akatsuki had built, hoping to step out of its shadow and claim the title of Japan's most notorious organization.
The largest criminal syndicates formed a pact, setting aside their mutual hatred, united by a common enemy Akatsuki. Realizing they couldn’t fight on multiple fronts, the Akatsuki leaders dispersed, forming smaller factions of what was once a vast empire, keeping a low profile to avoid reigniting conflict. A year passed. Their way of life changed drastically. From towering heights, they had fallen to the lowest rungs of Japan’s criminal underworld, now forced to answer to their former rivals. Over time, the leaders came to a harsh realization they couldn’t survive without one another, and war was inevitable.
The factions reunited, stronger and more numerous than ever before, having gained new resources and loyal members during their time apart—men and women willing to do anything, even die, for the cause. Enraged by this move, the rival pact reassembled, this time with one goal: to eliminate Akatsuki once and for all.
Years of bloodshed brought nothing but misery, with heavy losses on both sides of the conflict. Defeat was not an option. Akatsuki never wavered and eventually managed to overpower and destroy the rival pact once and for all. This victory granted Akatsuki total control over Japan’s criminal underworld, and soon, everyone wanted to be one of them.
Two years later, the organization had grown large enough to control far more territory than before. Their gaze turned to Los Santos the land of money and influenceand so began their expansion.

The goal of this family is to find as many talented shooters as possible and, together, build a force that will rule the city while respecting its other citizens.

- Being toxic toward other family members is strictly forbidden.
- If you hold a higher rank, you are not allowed to humiliate or look down on members with lower ranks.
- Arguments and insults are not tolerated.
- Taking money from the family balance or family business is strictly forbidden unless approved by PAIN or CO-PAIN.
(We all work together for it, and it will not be used for personal purposes. Money from the family balance is used for guns and ammo, insurance, and buying businesses for other members.) - Taking items from the car trunk for resale purposes is strictly prohibited.
- A member must not interfere with or harm another member’s business.
- Membership is for life—traitors and deserters will be eliminated.
- Having a twink (alternate character) in another family is forbidden.
9.A member must not raise a hand against fellow family members or superiors
- Suspended – Members who have made a mistake or caused a problem within the family.
- Member – New members who have access to certain vehicles and the family chat, and are just getting familiar with the family.
- Soldier – Armed members ready to defend the family or family businesses with their lives. They have access to vehicles.
- Loyal – Members with greater access to the family who have earned the trust of other members. They participate in family events.
- Shota – Members prepared for combat and shootouts, carrying the family through its toughest moments. Trained shooters who handle high-pressure situations.
- Co-Pain – The leader's right hand. These members oversee everything in the leader’s absence and take care of resources and events.
- Pain – The head of the family.
