[Because i have a good Communication Skills its most important as an Admin, After that i will check players are rule breaking or not if he is a new player first i will give them chance and i will guide them explain them to read rules because its most important and if any player does not maintain proper rule if they break i will punish them and i dont like favouritsm and corruption because all peoples are same.
