I just created a forum because I did not break State Rule 2.4.
{**2.4. It is prohibited to keep weapons / special equipment after dismissal / transfer / WARN / BAN. | Demorgan 35-90 minutes / Ban 3-15 days / HardBan 3-15 days / HardBan until confiscation.Explanation: After a transfer / WARN or BAN. Player must return the faction special equements to the leader of the faction or to the adminstratiors.Note: in case of Ban, Warn, dismissal for inactivity, you have to return the items to the administrator through a request (F2-Requests or /report).}
This is from the Rules page on this website. Nowhere in here (Rule 2.4) does it state that I need to ask permission to leave a faction. Sure, I probably broke that rule where ever it is written but its definitely not written in rule 2.4.
Therefore, Sylas Abis' complaint should've been rejected for stating a rule that I didn't break. (State Rule 2.4). And Elon Moose should have approved my complaint and refiled under the correct format. (Because I didn't break State Rule 2.4)
I think that everyone should follow the rules. State the actual rule I broke and warn me for the real rule because 2.4 is not it.
(I didn't know that I couldn't leave a faction to join another so I will accept the warning as long as its filed properly. I am not willing to accept a rule for taking faction items without returning them.)
My original complaint:
I read the rules and it states that I am not allowed to take items from a faction before leaving or something like that.
I have never crafted anything, I have never taken any guns, armor, body cam etc. I have never been on duty because I never had my logs.
Both with SANG and LSPD. I do not accept the warning and I want it removed immediately. (Don't assume, CHECK LOGS and you will see!)
