The Caches System​

Caches are spread across the map, and you can open them by pressing the E key. They refresh at set intervals, and standing near a cache does not speed up its refresh time.​

There are three types of caches:​

Mechanical​

Industrial​

Chemical​

How loot works:​

Once you collect items from a cache, they remain in your inventory. However, if you die within three minutes of collecting them, those items will drop and become lootable by any nearby players. This drop rule only applies during the initial three minutes after looting.

Cache update schedule:​

Mechanical caches: Marker updates every 160 minutes. Items refresh at 20 minutes past each hour.
Chemical caches: Marker updates every 160 minutes. Items refresh at 35 minutes past each hour.
Industrial caches: Marker updates every 160 minutes. Items refresh at 50 minutes past each hour.
