Rules for removing the state governor

A coup d'etat is a change of power in a state.
1.1 The removal of powers from the current governor is carried out in the following ways:
- Arrest of the governor for committing a criminal offense
- Conducting a referendum for a change of power
Note: the reason for starting a referendum may be:
1 ) A vote of no confidence from 4 leaders of government structures;
2 ) A peaceful rally with the participation of leaders and members of all crime factions;
1.3 After the removal of the governor by referendum, the acting governor is appointed the current vice-governor until a new one is elected by elections.
1.4 In order to remove the governor by referendum, there must be clear organized opposition from the electorate, as well as approval from the higher administration.
1.5 In the event of an unsuccessful coup attempt:
- A second attempt to change power can only be organized after 10 days.
- After an unsuccessful attempt to overthrow the government, faction leaders are obliged to obey government decrees in the future if they do not contradict state law.
- The governor has the right to impose appropriate sanctions on the leaders of state factions.
● Note: If during the court hearing the involvement of the leader of a state organization in the coup is proven, the court has the right to impose a sanction in the form of a severe reprimand to the leader. If during the court hearing it is proven that it is the leader of one of the organizations who is the instigator of the coup, as well as the provocateur, then the court has the right to issue a verdict on the arrest of the leader, as well as his removal from office.
Rules for the removal of leaders of state structures
3.1 The leader is removed if there is a case opened against the leader of the organization by employees of one of the security agencies or employees of the USSS, or if the claim is satisfied in court.
3.2 To remove the leader of a state faction, it is necessary to have gross violations of state legislation by the leader of the faction, a court hearing at which these violations will be considered, as well as approval from the higher administration.
● Note: Exceptions are possible.
3.3 The leader of a state structure has 3 days of immunity from the day he was appointed to his post.
