Rules for Robberies and Kidnappings

1.1 When kidnapping/robbing, you should rely on the rules of the game zones.
1.2 All kidnappings/robberies from criminal Factions can be committed on faction/personal transport painted in the faction color. | Jail 60 minutes .
Note:
an armed robbery is also equivalent to a robbery, all the rules that apply to a robbery apply to it.
Note: the faction color is determined by the color of the faction transport.
1.3.1 It is forbidden to commit robberies in interiors. | WARN / Ban 2 days .
1.3.2
It is forbidden to commit kidnappings from interiors. | WARN / Ban 2 days .
1.3.3
It is forbidden to keep the victim in interiors for the purpose of profit. | WARN .
Exception:
inactive interiors that are not used for anything (factions, work, etc.).
1.4 It is prohibited to kidnap/rob more than 3 people at a time. | Jail 60 - 90 minutes .
1.5
There must be twice as many robbers/kidnappers as victims. | Jail 60 - 90 minutes.
Exception:
see exception pp. 2.3 and pp. 2.4.
1.6 It is prohibited to rob/kidnap without having a firearm/bladed weapon. | Jail 60 minutes .
1.7
The following may be the reason for murder: insult, escape, identification of the criminal, attempt to scare with reprisal, violation of PG rules.
Note: it is prohibited to remove the mask, thereby revealing your identity, and then kill. | Jail 120 minutes .
1.8
It is forbidden to call special services (taxi/EMS/security forces, etc.), submit ads to Weazel News, for subsequent criminal actions against them. | Ban 2-5 days .
1.19
It is forbidden to demand that the victim use the state wave. | WARN / Ban 2 days .
Note:
/wnews (green) is also equivalent to the state wave.
Exception: paragraph 3.2.4.
1.10 The victim of a robbery/kidnapping is forbidden to use OOC means of communication to call for reinforcements, inform the other party. | WARN .
1.11.1
It is forbidden to try to humiliate the victim in any way in a rude/immoral manner. | WARN / Ban 2-5 days .
Example:
make them sing, scream, make them say some immoral things, demand the use of animations inappropriate for the robbery/kidnapping, try to humiliate them with the aim of inciting an OOC conflict and for the purpose of personal satisfaction.
1.11.2 It is forbidden to shave the victim without a good IC reason. | Jail 120 minutes / WARN .
Example:
shooting, hostile diplomacy, insults from the victim, etc.
1.12 During a kidnapping/robbery, only functional interaction is allowed with the victim. | Jail 60-120 minutes .
Example:
shaving, robbery, cutting off a bulletproof vest, paired animations, etc.
Note: a bulletproof vest is allowed to be cut off only if the victim is wearing it.
1.13 It is forbidden to kidnap/rob together during neutral and/or hostile diplomacy. | Jail 60 minutes to all players / Verbal to the leader .

Robberies

2.1 Robberies are allowed to be committed exclusively through the server functionality. | Jail 60 - 120 minutes .
Explanation:
when robbing a group of people (2 or more people), you cannot rob a person again, first one using the functionality (for example, unsuccessfully), then the second. One person - one victim.
2.2 It is prohibited to demand the transfer of real estate / transport / funds from a bank account / clothes / items. | Ban 5-30 days .
2.3
The minimum number of robbers during a robbery is 2 people. | Jail 60 minutes .
Exception:
at night (from 00:00 to 06:00) in the territory of red zones, it is allowed to rob alone.
2.4 The minimum number of robbers to stop a victim in motion in a vehicle is 4 people and 2 cars. | Jail 120 minutes .
Exception:
robbery of a heavy vehicle (cash-in-transit vehicle, truck) is carried out with at least 4 vehicles. | Jail 120 minutes .
2.5
It is prohibited to leave the victim in ties / a bag. | Jail 60 minutes for all participants .
Exception:
seriously wounded, robbery during kidnapping, kidnapping (if ransom was received from government employees and hostages were handed over to them).

Kidnappings

3.1 Minimum number of kidnappers - 4. | Jail 120 minutes.
3.2.1
It is allowed to demand a ransom for the leader / deputy of the faction, the ransom can be demanded according to the following criterion:
Money (see paragraph 3.2.3) + anything from the list (see paragraph 3.2.4).
3.2.2 EMS Leader/Deputy/ Employees are not possible to kidnapp | Ban 1-7 Days
3.2.3 Maximum ransom for a hostage / player of an enemy faction is 100k and for the leader of the enemy faction is 200k
3.2.4 Maximum ransom for:
Leader — 400k
High Command — 300k
State Employee — 200k

3.2.5 Maximum ransom with weapons / special. funds for the faction leader/deputy:
LSPD Leader/Deputy: 1 MarksmanRifle Mk2 or (According to 3.2.4)
SANG Leader/Deputy: 2 CombatMG Mk2 or 1 CombatMG Mk2 or (According to 3.2.4)
City Hall Leader/Deputy/Minister: 300k-400k
FIB Leader/Deputy: 1 HeavySniper Mk2 or 1 HeavySniper or (According to 3.2.4)
Gang Leader/Deputy and Mafia Leader / Deputy from 100k-200k
Note: When having gun pointed in head you need to tell the truth.
Weazel News Leader/Deputy - 100k to 200k .

3.3 CK is prohibited in rapid response situations. | Situation Rollback / Verbal reprimand to the leader .
3.4
The entire kidnapping process must be recorded on video. | Jail 60 - 120 minutes/ Verbal to the leader .
Note
: the lack of a video recording rolls back the situation, the beginning of the kidnapping process begins from the moment the criminal actions towards the victim begin.
Note: the video recording must be stored for 48 hours, the minimum video quality is 720p, the sound of the game and the author must be clearly audible on the video recording, if necessary, the administration has the right to make a rollback request, players must provide it as soon as possible, however, no later than 24 hours.
3.5 In case of kidnapping, it is allowed to confiscate the victim's weapon according to the RP.
3.6 After receiving the ransom for the hostage, he must be released within 5 minutes or before leaving the location of the kidnapping | Jail 120 minutes for all participants .
3.7
It is prohibited to take the negotiator as hostage. | Jail 60 minutes .
3.8
The ransoming party has the right to verify the integrity and number of hostages once.
Note: this condition is mandatory, refusal to fulfill this requirement will be considered an inadequate demand.
3.9 It is prohibited to intentionally delay the kidnapping. | Jail 60 minutes for all participants .
3.10
3.11.1
Ransom can be carried out by both players of state structures and players of criminal structures, depending on the kidnapped player.
3.11.2 Information about the kidnapping of a player from a criminal structure, he must report to /f about this, in accordance with the demands of the kidnappers.
3.11.3 Ransom is provided in accordance with paragraphs 3.2.2 - 3.2.4, all other conditions described in the kidnapping rules must be met. | Punishment according to the violated paragraph of the rules .
Rules for the victim

4.1 Drivers are prohibited from driving if the road is completely blocked. | Jail 120 minutes .
4.2
If a car is shot at for a long time and there are many more robbers than in the pursued car, the driver must stop. | Jail 60 minutes .
4.3
The victim is required to act out all the emotions inherent in any person in this situation (fear, anxiety, etc.). | Jail 60 minutes .
Note:
acting out screams, pain, etc. can be done both in voice and in /do.

Rules of the redeeming party

5.1 The ransom party must comply with all demands from the kidnappers (provide ransom, the opportunity to retreat, etc.) | Verbal to the faction leader .
Explanation:
the countdown starts from the moment the kidnappers leave the location where the kidnapping took place.
Exception: the victim is not in danger.
5.2.1 It is allowed to start an offensive only if the victim is not in danger. | Jail 90 minutes / Verbal to the leader whose faction was the initiator of the offensive .
Exception:
fire was opened on the cordon/negotiator.
5.2.2 It is allowed to attack if the kidnappers' demands are inadequate.

List of inadequate demands:
If the kidnappers ask for a ransom greater than allowed by the rules.
If the kidnappers submitted a request that was fulfilled by government agencies, and the terrorists submitted another request.
Request for armored vehicles / helicopters and other special equipment.
Violation of paragraph 1.11 of the robbery and kidnapping rules.
Violation of paragraph 3.2.1 of the robbery and kidnapping rules.
Exception: mutually approved demands.
Violation of paragraph 3.12 of the robbery and kidnapping rules.

5.2.3 It is allowed to attack if the negotiator was taken hostage or killed.
5.2.4 It is prohibited to start an assault if the negotiator and the capturing party have not had a dialogue. | Verbal to the leader .
Exception:
fire was opened on the cordon / negotiator.
Note: a criminal organization / family is prohibited from ignoring a negotiator. | Verbal to the leader .
5.3 The ransom party must notify the capturing party that a negotiator is being sent to them.
5.4 The use of "bugs" is allowed, having played them out in advance.
Note: bugs last 15 minutes and transmit their location every 3 minutes. The bug can be found using the /try command (3 attempts to play out). In case of successful finding, employees of criminal structures can take it out of the bag and throw it away, in case of unsuccessful searches they are prohibited from returning to the respawn for 15 minutes (the time of transmission of the geolocation bug).
Note: 1 bug can be used per kidnapping.
5.5 From the moment the kidnapping code appears, government agencies have 30 minutes to react. | Verbal to leaders .
Note:
In case of negotiator response and his/her failure to arrive, the responsibility is borne by the leader of the state faction. In case the negotiator does not arrive within 30 minutes, players from the criminal organization are allowed to kill 1 hostage every 5 minutes.
Explanation: state employees must respond as soon as possible, it is forbidden to deliberately delay the kidnapping.
