Rules for Filing a Complaint:​

Topic Format:
The complaint topic must follow the designated format exactly.
The title should briefly describe the issue and include the nickname of the administrator who issued the penalty. If this is missing, the reviewing administrator has the right to refuse consideration of the complaint.

Examples:
Demorgan for VDM | Husu
Warn for RDM | Husu
Ban for General rule 1.3 | Shabah

Prohibited Actions:

• Spamming with repetitive complaint topics is prohibited.
• Insults or attempts to provoke insults are strictly forbidden.
• The screenshot must be uploaded to imgur.com, yapx.ru, or imgbb.com. Videos must be uploaded to youtube.com.
• Avoid excessive use of BB codes in the topic.

Only those directly involved in the situation may post in the complaint thread. Posting without involvement will result in a forum account ban

The administrator has the right to refuse consideration of a complaint under the following circumstances:

• The complaint is not formatted correctly.
• The evidence is cropped, edited, or altered.
• Evidence is uploaded to unauthorized sources.
• A screenshot of the penalty is missing.
• The penalty was issued more than 2 days ago (exceptions may apply).
• The complaint contains insults, disrespect, or inappropriate language.
• The person filing the complaint is not involved in the situation.
• The complaint is not submitted in the correct order.
