Rules for conducting interrogations

Rules for conducting official interrogations/interviews with a detainee​

1.1 The number of employees for interrogation: from 1 to 8. At the same time, no more than 3 employees can be in the room with the suspect.
1.2 The interrogation/conversation time cannot exceed 60 minutes.
1.3 If the suspect refuses to roleplay the RP, behaves inappropriately, while the rules are not violated by the employees, he is subject to immediate release. | Ban 3 Days / Verbal to the leader
1.4 It is prohibited to use MG (Metagaiming) information that your character cannot possess, for example: the interrogated person gives information about a criminal group, its internal affairs, of which he is not a member and does not have it according to IC.
1.5 If the suspect is knocked out as a result of the interrogation, he is subject to immediate release.
1.6 The number of questions asked to the suspect: 15.
Note: The interrogation begins at the moment when the employee announces the number of questions.
1.7 It is forbidden to ask questions that the player could not get answers to by IC-.
Example: Questions to the 1st rank about the structure of the gang or its leader.
1.8 The number of questions to be asked must be communicated to the suspect in advance.
1.9 Each question must begin with the phrase: - "Question one...", - "Question two...", and so on.
1.10 It is forbidden to threaten with violent actions and actions of a sexual nature. | Ban 3-5 days.
Example: "You will be beaten up now if you do not confess."
1.11 The answers of the person being interrogated must be specific and detailed. | Jail 60 minutes
1.12 It is allowed to ask clarifying questions only if the answer from the person being interrogated was not specific, or you need to know details.
Example: If a person answers that he robbed people, it is worth clarifying with whom he robbed and where.
Example: If a person answers that he bought drugs, he must specify from whom and under what circumstances.
1.13 It is prohibited to ask questions in /do. | Ban 1-3 days.
Exception: Questions in /do on the polygraph are allowed.
1.14 The number of questions asked on the polygraph is 5
Clarification: The answer to the question on the polygraph must be only yes/no.
Example: “Is the citizen employed?”.
Example: “Does the citizen remember the dress code of The Families?”.
Clarification: Before asking a question on the polygraph in /do, the officer conducting the interrogation must ask it in Voice Chat and receive an answer to it.

Rules for conducting interrogations using violent actions​

2.1 Interrogation with partiality can only be carried out by employees of the special FIB department, observing the strictest secrecy, in order to obtain specific information from a person who is clearly hiding valuable information for the FIB agents.
Note: Inflicting injuries is played out exclusively in the text chat.
2.2 The number of employees for interrogation: from 2 to 8. At the same time, no more than 3 employees can be near the suspect.
2.3 If the suspect refuses to play out the RP, behaves inappropriately, while the rules are not violated by the employees - he is subject to immediate release. | Ban 3 Days / Verbal to the leader
2.4 It is forbidden to ask questions in /do. | Ban 1-3 days.
Exception: It is allowed to ask questions about the state of health.
2.5 The following is prohibited during a third degree interrogation: cutting off fingers, ears or anything else, shaving the head, threats/actions with sexual connotations towards the person being interrogated, actions that could seriously insult the person's faith, forcing them to sing songs, recite poems, etc. | Jail 120 minutes, warn.
Note: It is prohibited to bring a person to the pain threshold.
Note: All actions by government employees towards the person being interrogated must be aimed at forcibly obtaining the necessary information, i.e. the truth to the question posed, by intimidation/use of force.
2.6 Any interrogation using physical force is considered illegal and may result in an IC penalty.
2.6.1 Third degree interrogation, or interrogation using brute physical force, cannot be attributed to evidence/reasons for investigation. Explanation: Such interrogation is considered illegal, this action will result in IC punishment / case file rejection.
2.7 The interrogation time using violent actions cannot exceed 70 minutes.
2.8 The person being interrogated at the end of such interrogation can be eliminated if during the interrogation he got hold of secret information.
Note: Elimination is the murder of a person followed by a finishing blow (shot to the head), after elimination, the person forgets everything that happened to him during this interrogation.
2.9 In case of elimination of the person being interrogated, those who interrogated must get rid of the body according to the RP.
Note: In case of ignoring this rule, after elimination, those who interrogated will be given a punishment for leaving the RP.
2.10 It is prohibited to take away / bring / interrogate more than one person.
Note: It is prohibited to bring more than one player for subsequent interrogation.

Rules for participation in interrogations on behalf of a suspect​

3.1 If the player is interrogated as a suspect, he must correctly play the RP.
3.2 If the staff violates the interrogation rules, the player has the right to refuse the RP and will not be punished for this.
3.3 It is forbidden to claim that you are not afraid for your life. (equal to PG)
Exception: An administrator-approved biography for playing a character with mental illness.
3.4 It is forbidden to use MG information, be in Discord channels with a screen broadcast, it is forbidden to prompt the person being interrogated with any information during the interrogation. | Jail 90 minutes, warn.
