Approved Mixing in IC conversations | Omar Satan

Admins need to stop chatting in VIP Chat as they are OOC characters and constantly give OOC warnings in VIP Chat. They cannot give OOC warnings & then speak ICly right after that with players. It is EXTREMELY confusing to everyone as theyre sending OOC messages & IC messages at the same time.

Are admins OOC characters or IC characters? Why are they giving OOC warnings in the middle of IC conversations that have no rulebreaks?

I explained nicely to Omar that you shouldnt interrupt an IC conversation to send a random OOC message and he insists he did not break any RP and that its perfectly fine.

How are you expected to get media and streamers into the city if the chat is always full of random admin warnings when there are no rulebreaks? it wont look good on video.

Admins are OOC characters and should only chat in VIP chat when needs an OOC intervention.
