- Why do you want to be a leader of specific organization?
When i came On Los Santos city, My Favorite gangs was Ballas . Also Ballas is one of the first gang I have joined and I have attachment with it will be best to lead as a leader, According to me I have a good experience of many servers I can easily handle a gang I already have Underdeputy experiences in many gangs so it will make help me to run term properly and most active and successful in city with a top domination.

- Previous leadership experience: I have experience in Grand rp en3 as admin and deputy of bloods ,vagos and deputy of state side also.
- Your leadership style: Being a gang leader i will help my peoples working together with other players to make a good gang. I appreciate the chance to everyone directly and Gang future with gang members while promoting teamwork in event, Not everyone can achieve this, because not giving up is not for everyone,Also I know how to Manage properly events like store robbery , hostage situations and FZ Raids, And i Have many plans as a leader with my deputies to make my term with top notch.
- Your roleplay style: I will make sure that no one will do toxicity from my gand to ruin the roleplay of other people i will make sure that when we attend a event it will happen nicely no toxicity will happen between the other players=
- How will you engage the community?
i have lots of friend that can join my gang and help me to run the gang successful and by that they can also call there friends to server to help and enjoy the server by joining my gang. - Ideas for new activities within the organization:
