Why do you want to be a leader of specific organization?
I would like to be the leader of San Andreas National Guard for many reasons, firstly I think this role is perfect for me because I am very experienced in others roleplays and I have been playing for over 3 years now. In other cities apart from Crystal RP I have been high command ranks in the military on white list and public servers which has given me the experience to apply confidentiality for the leader of NG on Crystal RP which is one of the best upcoming rp servers.
I Would like to be the leader of San Andreas National Guard to improve Cause i can RP in this server especially because it is new people who are new to RP may not be experienced and I would like to assist them and build a community to improve RP levels all around.

Your leadership style: Succesfull term with complete 2 term also try to stop peoples to start fz with my huge activities
Your roleplay style: My RP Style is Realistic and Respectfull , Not being toxic.
4. Vision for the Server
How will you engage the community?
Will engage the community by being active, and a leader in the San Andreas National Guard (SANG), I will conduct regular recruitment announcements to increase our activites. I'll support new leaders in their works and ill help new peoples in integrating into the city, for their experiences and being free from crime. By ensuring the National Guard maintains a constant presence, especially during night gatekeeping and morning patrols on fz, we'll fouce our position as the city's strongest organization and effectively make less Fort Zancudo raids.
Ideas for new activities within the organization?
1.
Overview:
A event where citizens have to locate a missing San Andreas National Guard (SANG) soldier.
Objective:
Participants will get clues every 2mins to find the missing soldier within 17 minutes.
Reward:
Successful person will get $200,000 prize pool.
2.
Overview:
Murder Mystery is a Event themed mystery game where citizens play a teamwork to solve the "crime," it will enchance communication and teamwork. Also will have 5 Rounds.
Objective: Be the first team. with most points.
Reward: Successful Team Leader(they can divide) will get $400,000 prize pool.
(A Team can have only 4 Members.)

Ive been Leader so ik how all things works, Also my focus on teamwork, realistic RP, and consistent leadership is what I provide that is unique infront of you.
