Why do you want to be a leader of a specific organization?
- So, basically, I have experience in both State and Crime Organization, but as I continued playing I found myself leaning towards crime and having an interest in it, and I was also Deputy of almost all gangs in en3. So I have experience and I believe I know how to maintain peace and conflict between members inside the gang.
I will try to make my gang active as much as possible by doing maximum situations and events that will help in improving the role-play of both the state and crime, and also, I will teach new people how to improve within a gang and will try my best to run this Org without any warning.
- As the mexican cartels are a new addition to the project, I am deeply curious yet excited to continue this term with my best efforts and will make sure that my mafia gang will dominate the entire city and Leos and will make the gang most active in the city.

Previous leadership experience: No, but I have experience as a Deputy
Your leadership style: calm and problem-solving attitude and always respecting everyone, no matter what the rank is.
Your role-playing style: A leader who does not like to break the rules and who likes to do good role-play as much as possible and, moreover, I like gun fights.
4. Vision for the Server
How will you engage the community?
- I will be respectful to everyone I know how to engage in the community through my friendly nature.
- I will often do Gang members so that everyone gets a chance and only the best of the best gang members stay in the gang.
Ideas for new activities within the organization:
- I will try to do 100% Turf, maximum number of hostage situations / Store Robberies and Successful FZ Raids
- I will try to host events within the gang, like to get the best shooters and will be giving special bonuses for that.

Why should we choose you and not others?
- I am always open to taking opinions and suggestions and working on them to make my overall leadership a successful one. I am a very quick thinker and solve problems efficiently through my friendly nature. I am not just trying to be a leader, but moreover, I am trying to be a person who everyone will remember, not for my leadership, but for whom I am and who I am, and I will especially take care of the new ones and will teach them the rules to also improve their roleplay.
Additional comments: I will try to be the best leader for my gang members and I will be respectful to my gang members and I will try to maintain proper role-play, and I am always open to new suggestions to improve my leadership.
