- Why do you want to be a leader of specific organization? i've been a part of LI. for the previous couple of months in another rp server name grand rp. over the past tenure, i used to be an DHOD of advertisements, HR supervisor and Senior supervisor, where I found out a lot from all- leaders to interns and received fine information. So i wanna thank all those who help me from the start.
As a 'Li' organizer, i've plenty of occasion web hosting concepts that I might be satisfied to enforce, as well as some personal tips of additional activities to ensure all take part and experience happily.
i'm ready to steer alongside my team and get hold of their inputs to make the corporation feature well. I pay attention cautiously to what they are saying and their guidelines because i am a believer in joint management rather than making selections by myself or subjecting them to my very own.
