2. General Information
The reason why i want to become leader of LSPD is mainly due to time spent across different servers/cities and being deputy of different departments and i believe that i could improve the org as a whole and get it running to a point where there
is more RP created not just for people within the org but for people outside of it too whether it may be RP with other orgs legal/illegal
or just with players in general.
In addition to this as my time in a leadership position of LSPD i could improve the org and give recommendation within it as the term goes on.
3. Leadership & Roleplay
Previous leadership experience:
Ive never directly been leader just because i didnt feel the need to but i have been deputy in many organizations.
Your leadership style:
My leadership style in general is to push RP but not strictly so people can have fun with it ofcourse and generally speaking
if there is tasks that need to get done they will be done one way or another that etc. they all have tasks of their own or atleast should to achieve a common goal together of wanting to prevent and discover crime
go for raids etc, im very hands on and not just a sit back and let the org run its self type of person
4. Vision for the Server
players in the city are ingaged with each other directly or indirectly and organization are also ingaged.
5. Additional Information
I believe that i should get considered for this position due to my willingess and drive to get LSPD to its best form and get it known
for what it does best ive had a substantial amount of time within the org and in HC to understand the ins and outs of it and i believe
that what i have in mind is very easily achievable and im willing to do whatever it takes to get LSPD where its meant to be and get it known
as the best org out there.
