I Want To Be A Leader OF This Faction Families , I Belive That I Can Be A good Leader I Was High Ranks In 3 Gangs and I Built Some Knowleg And I Know The Rules And The And The OTher Gangs That I Was In Were Not Following Any Rules And Got No potential I Belive That I Got Some potential And Will dominate Over Other Gangs .

I Have Been previous In A Lot OF Gangs I Was In Ballas vagos And Boolds And Marabunta Grande And I Was Rank 10 In Vagos And Marabunta And 9 In Bloods And I Was Active In Them And I was In Every Event In Them And Got Knowleg.
Your leadership style:
I lead with structure, trust, and purpose. I don’t believe in barking orders — I believe in building leaders. Everyone in the gang should know their role, feel respected, and understand what they’re working toward. I correct mistakes with guidance, not threats, but if someone consistently slacks or disrespects the grind, they’re out. My focus is on meaningful RP, strong team energy, and always moving with purpose.
Your roleplay style:
My roleplay style is immersive, realistic, and character-driven. I stay in character at all times and focus on creating stories that feel natural and engaging for everyone involved. I don’t rush situations just to “win” — I care more about building tension, emotion, and development that makes the RP experience better for everyone. I adapt to different situations, whether it’s a deep conversation, a heated conflict, or a high-stakes shootout, and I always try to keep the RP believable and respectful. I also love giving others a chance to shine in the storyline, not just focusing on my own character.
How will you engage the community?
I’ll engage the community by creating consistent, high-quality RP that brings people in and gives them a reason to stay active. My organization will be known for unique interactions, creative events, and respect for other players’ RP. I’ll reach out to other gangs and legal orgs to build long-term storylines — not just quick beefs or random shootouts. I’ll also involve the community through in-character meetings, alliances, turf deals, and public events that give new players a chance to get involved and grow in the RP scene.
Ideas for new activities within the organization:
Black Market Deals: Set up meetings with other gangs or corrupt cops to buy/sell illegal goods — with the constant risk of ambush or betrayal.

Why should we choose you and not others?
You should choose me because I’m not here to lead for clout — I’m here to build something real. I’ve got experience in both legal and illegal organizations, I know how to manage people, and most importantly, I know how to create roleplay that lasts. I don’t treat gangs like a shoot-on-sight squad — I treat them like a family with rules, vision, and strategy. I’ve seen what works and what fails in this server and others, and I’m ready to lead a gang that makes an impact without breaking RP quality or server rules. I put in the effort, and I expect my members to do the same. I don’t play to be average — I play to stand out.
