• Why do you want to be a leader of specific organization?
• As a Player i come from a crime background i was deputies in every gang including i was ex ballas curator so i am deeply passionated and skilled towards crime orgs i want to become families leader as i deeply believe i can handle the gang with my sense of experience and my friendly nature I respect taking feedbacks i want to take this families leadership to prove my self once again
• With my mindset regarding Crime orgs that i aim at better roleplaying i suppose that i would be a good match for this gang

• Your leadership style: I believe in breaking no rules and make my gang members do minimal rule breaks and maximise the rp , am calm serious and friendly as a leader , i am open to suggestions
• Your roleplay style: i am serious kinda player who doesnt want any rule break in particular i am more rp based player who aims at improving overall rp for me as individual and for whole gang

• How will you engage the community? I will host weekly battles and open hirings to the one who perfectly performs well also i will hire at daily basis and will try to only take the best members inside gang who will do less rule break and more rp
• Ideas for new activities within the organization: will host internal events like maximum ghetto activity, a bike race for finding best escaper from leos as a gangster and much more

• For My experience i think you should consider choosing me as i was ex en2 ballas curator i know stuff what can go wrong and what should be done to have a perfectly without warn term , with good activity of overall gang I believe with my behaviour and kind of person i am i can lead the term more efficiently than any other out here
