- Why do you want to be a leader of specific organization?
I wish to become the leader of Family's Gang because I possess good gang RP and leadership experience, and I feel I am capable of leading this gang to the top with well-organized, creative, and top-quality roleplay.
I always wanted to build a crew where loyalty, teamwork, and intelligent RP are appreciated. My aim is to make Family one of the most known and powerful gangs on the server not by brute force, but through clean, interesting, and strategic roleplay I wish to carry this legacy on, teach new members, and bring my gang to the top of the server with respect and power.
I don't want the title of a leader for the sake of the name I want to own full responsibility for my members, my territory, and for the name's reputation. I have strategic experience, planning, and a good vision for RP by which I can make my gang well-organized and really feared.

- How will you engage the community?
I would like to form an active gang community where players are included and challenged. My strategy to involve the community is:

>> Will Give Bonus - Ideas for new activities within the organization: Be the most active gang in Gheetho, complete 100% turf and make my gang the most active and powerful then other gangs, Make communication with other gangs stronger and cover the whole city in criminal activities rise the name of families on top. As a leader will do the best roleplay representing Families to make my name and families the most known in city.

I possess genuine and tried leadership experience within both gang and police RP.
I have managed top-level tasks in various organizations and am aware of how to manage a team.
I have a balanced RP approach – action, strategy, and storytelling combined.
I'm a believer in quality over chaos – i.e., I concentrate on roleplay, not merely shootouts.
I am consistent, disciplined, and always ready to assist others to improve their RP.
