General Information
I want to become the leader of Family’s Gang because I have strong gang RP and leadership experience, and I believe I can take this gang to the top with organized, creative, and high-quality roleplay.
I’ve always believed in creating a group where loyalty, teamwork, and smart RP are valued. My goal is to make Family’s one of the most respected and dominant gangs on the server – not just by force, but through clean, engaging, and strategic roleplay.
Previous Leadership Experience:
I have extensive experience in both gangs and law enforcement, which gives me a well-balanced perspective and leadership style. Here’s a breakdown of my previous RP roles:

100% clands max hostage situations and stores
maximum Fz raids on daily bases
Hiring professional turfers
Will teach low ranks to improve and maintain a sense of respect in whole gang no matter what the rank is

Previous Leadership Experience:
I have extensive experience in both gangs and law enforcement, which gives me a well-balanced perspective and leadership style. Here’s a breakdown of my previous RP roles:
- On Grand RP EN3:
- Served 4-5 times as Under Deputy in different gangs.
- Once served as a full Deputy Gang Leader.
- Law Enforcement (LEO) Experience:
- 6x Chief of Staff (COS) ( SAHP )
- 2x Assistant Sheriff ( SAHP )
- 1x Under Sheriff ( SAHP )
These roles helped me build real RP leadership qualities, including discipline, planning, communication, and handling pressure in high-stress RP situations.

How will you engage the community?
I want to create an active gang environment where players feel included and challenged. My plan to engage the community includes:
- Weekly Events – Hostage situations, drug deals, RP-driven turf wars, street races, etc.
- Open & Fair Recruitment – Giving new players a proper chance to join with tryouts and RP interviews.
- Training Programs – Teaching new gang members how to roleplay properly, from communication to shooting and driving.
- Inter-Gang RP – Building meaningful alliances and rivalries with other gangs to make the server more dynamic.
