Why do you want to be a leader of specific organization?
My desire to become a leader stems from a strong motivation to implement efficient organizational and managerial strategies within the FIB. While the team may be small, I believe it holds the potential to make a significant impact within the community. By participating in events and collaborating with other organizations, we can bring about meaningful change. To achieve this, I plan to restructure the FIB into specialized teams with clearly defined roles—this will boost our operational efficiency and ensure that every member, regardless of experience level, is well-prepared for their responsibilities.
My top priority as a leader is to foster a realistic and engaging environment where FIB members interact positively and follow proper role-play standards. Therefore, I will enforce regulations strictly to prevent any issues and maintain professionalism across the board. I envision a dynamic and inspiring atmosphere in the FIB—one where every member, even those in smaller teams, is encouraged to give their best. I truly believe that through proactive leadership and a shared commitment to quality role-play, we can enhance the overall experience across the city.

- Your leadership style: [As a leader, I don't want any ORG conflicts, and I try my best to keep calm in most situations while doing RP]
- Your roleplay style: [ i love to intract with new people and would would love to work with new people and other orgs with mainting proper environment at the situation so everyone can enjoy the proper RP ]

- How will you engage the community? [as we all know FIB is the main org in the city so i can use this opportunity to get more and more people for the org while maintaing friendly environment so we can recruit as much people as we can and i have a group of people who also gonna help me in the leadership and can get more people into the server aswell]
- Ideas for new activities within the organization: [ i will try my best to host new events whitin the org as hosting most arrests, best aim in the org and more activites and challanges which i would get in the org if i got opportunity to be the first director of the ORG]

- Why should we choose you and not others? [ because i have been leader of the FIB in other server for approx 4 terms and i know how to manage people in the org without any conflits and how to bring people in the org as i have proper group of people who can take care of the org very well ]
- Additional comments: [ i just wanna say that its gonna be hard for someone who never became leader before to run a huge org like FIB as if i get the leadership i can make all required documents, rosters, training videos and many more which can help the org to run smoother and will be easy for new comers aswell]
- Why should we choose you and not others? [ because i have been leader of the FIB in other server for approx 4 terms and i know how to manage people in the org without any conflits and how to bring people in the org as i have proper group of people who can take care of the org very well ]
