Why do you want to be a leader of a specific organization?
I want to be the leader of the LSPD because I’m passionate about helping Crystal RP grow into a fair, engaging, and fun community. A strong and respectful police department plays a huge role in quality RP, and I want to lead a team that sets the standard for professionalism and fairness on the server. I believe I can make a difference by creating a department that treats all players with respect and creates memorable RP scenarios.

Previous leadership experience:
While I haven’t had leadership experience in roleplay servers before, I’ve been in leadership roles in other communities and games where I’ve had to manage teams, resolve conflicts, and help guide others. I’m a quick learner and I’m committed to doing my best in this role.
Your leadership style:
My leadership style is fair, respectful, and team-focused. I listen to others, encourage communication, and lead by example. I don’t believe in favoritism or power-tripping—I believe in earning respect by being consistent and treating everyone equally.
Your roleplay style:
My roleplay style is realistic and respectful. I believe in staying in character, following server rules, and helping create fun and immersive experiences for everyone involved. I want my RP to help others enjoy their time on the server.
4. Vision for the Server
How will you engage the community?
I’ll engage the community by being active, approachable, and open to feedback. I’ll make sure the LSPD is involved in events, responds fairly to situations, and interacts with civilians in a way that creates fun, balanced RP. I also want to build a department where players can grow and feel proud of their role.
Ideas for new activities within the organization:
I’d like to introduce regular training sessions for cadets, ride-along programs for new recruits or civilians interested in LEO work, community engagement patrols, and realistic traffic stops or crime scene investigations. I’ll also look into holding joint RP events with other departments or groups to spice things up.

Why should we choose you and not others?
While I may be new to roleplay, I bring passion, patience, and leadership potential. I’m committed to learning quickly and leading fairly. I want to create a police force that boosts RP for everyone—not just the LSPD. I don’t see this as just a title; I see it as a responsibility to improve the server and make it a better place.
