Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
I want to be the leader of FIB because I understand the importance of keeping the agency’s value and standards high. From personal experience, I’ve seen how much a strong leader can positively impact not just the members of FIB but the community as a whole. I work better the more responsibility I have, and I’ve spent most of my LEO experience within FIB—I know it inside and out. Lastly, I know that FIB thrives when it has healthy relationships with other organizations. I’m great at building and maintaining those relationships, and I want FIB to be seen as a reliable and professional part of the government.

I will make FIB a key part of high-quality RP by improving communication with other orgs and making warrant/arrest systems smoother and more structured. I’ll push for active collaboration, transparency, and professionalism in every FIB situation so the community sees it as a trustworthy and fair agency.

- Warrant execution protocols that shift cleanly from OOC to IC
- Weekly department check-ins for logs and shift coordination
