- Why do you want to be a leader of specific organization?
Ans.
1.) I want to lead FIB because of my experience in legal and illegal organizations as I have been Ex undersheriff 1 time also Assistant Director Multi-times, and I find it interesting and challenging to lead , also of my fellows in FIB we will be as family
2.) I want to get back the fun and the professionalism also the team work that we had before in FIB again, After improving that we will be mush stronger organization because of the communication and the team work , also making sure that everyone will like FIB after my term.
3.) I will make sure all the ranks are managed right and everyone will deserve their rank by making good interviews with my HR department and me personally, and I will be helping them to improve themselves with our FTO team because I saw a lot of people does not deserve the ranks but they still have it.
- 3. Leadership & Roleplay
- Previous leadership experience: I don't have previous leadership experience, but I have experience of Undersheriff 1x, also All legal organization my max rank was of 28 (in another RP server)
- Your leadership style: My style to conduct FIB will be stronger, proper mindset, Efficiency and joyful. Specially in my term, every respectable officer will be treated same if he is even 3-4 rank or 27-28 rank, In my style everyone gonna be comfortable with there work, no pressure of work.
- Your roleplay style: My roleplay style would be very realistic that I'll be thinking that im the real person in the RP, and will make RP such a realistic type.
- 4. Vision for the Server
- How will you engage the community? : As my style to engage with the community, in my feelings of this RP the best vision for me is this server only, like if someone says to me what's the best RP server, i would 100% prefer this server only.
- Ideas for new activities within the organization: As a Director, I will be actively involved and present within the FIB. I will lead it with my good and experienced Deputies, setting a high standard for others to follow. As a Friend Director, I'll create interesting roleplay Training Program to showcase our quality Roleplay, inviting other orgs officers to join and enrich Training Program our collective experience.

- Why should we choose you and not others? : The answer to choose me not others is that I got very best and good skills to communicate, to work in this project, to be very sharp while getting any info. about this server, and the main reason to select me is I got better decision nd knowledge to run FIB as a Director post.
