Why do you want to be a leader of specific organization? {EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICE}
- As i am an ex member of EMS in other projects and gained experience i have served 3+ term in high rank 2x DC[28 rank] 1x deputy[29] rank.
As we all know this is our fresh start and it is great opportunity to prove my knowledge and leader ship quality which will affect on this roleplay server.

Previous leadership experience: No, But worked under leader preference
Your leadership style: Kind and supportive to new members
Your roleplay style: Family Man, Strict to the rules
4. Vision for the Server
-How will you engage the community?
- My vision is to make clean community and i will choose my High commands and deputy wisely and experienced which will make no discrimination and no toxicity in radio and chats.
- I will sets goals in my term which will help upcoming leader to run there term go smoothly.
- I will do every hour response test in chat and radio so i can check hospitals and calls are placed by an employee.
-Ideas for new activities within the organization:
- Organization Employee:
I will make polite and hard working behavior in employee and as chief i will take care of every employee and high command to be polite and experienced when following any Rp and improve the environment of the organization.
- Training and Recruitment:
I will try to make training and recruitment system more flexible and i will try to recruit multiple Timone employee so we are always ready to provide service. I will make sure quality full FTO and i personally check all the progress to make a perfect environment.
- Medicine Progress:
I am High Command From Labtech background and i know everything regarding Labtech. It was most important for run the Hospital Services. So, I will make sure everything regarding Medicine Production and Delivery.
- Employee Responsibility:
In My Term i will make sure each an every employee Compliance with the rules of the city rules or not and i am not accept any provocative and conflict situations between the members of Organization. And each an every employees should be consistence for maintain their beloved rank.
- Bonus System:
I would like to make some changes regarding the bonus system of EMS. I would like to Increase Bonus for Hospital Services ( HS ), Ground Service ( GS ), ARO , Labtech And FTO . Mainly i increase mostly for Hospital Service cause that's the main Department and also Ground service is not much active i will ensure in my term ground service and Air Rescue service do their best for save citizen. I will increase Additional Bonus for Night shift and also Morning shift employees. And i also changes bonuses for high command, specially for night shift and morning shift high command.

- Cause i am well experienced in EMS i played many roleplay server and good with communication skills and leading quality.
