-Why do you want to be a leader of specific organization?
1) When i joined los santos city I got attracted towards crime section and I joined I loved the work of gangs and took part in all of illegal works and enjoyed playing crime events so my second gang was ballas i have been attached with that gang so now i really want to lead it. Also I have leadership skills. Also experienced in both legal and illegal. In the Other Rp i gained many experience and gained many knowledge which i can apply in Crystal Rp. As i always wanna be the leader of ballas i will show lots of dedication in it to make the term very well and good itself.

3. Also i want to be leader of ballas of because to incresase and maximize my power which can be very fruitful to me in my future.By being leader i am sure that i can handle the org and mant difficuly situation easily and i will always maintain good respect and maturement to my honorable curators.

-Your leadership style: As a leader i think that every member must get the equal oppourtunities which can help them to take experience of it and may do good in future. And i style is really funable but following each rule.

-I can engage the people in server and in my gangs to because of my cool,polite and friendly behaviour i am always calm in every situation which people love and engage with me to do good deeds.

- I have many super ideas for the new activities like contacting Hostage, store, FZ raids,Clands and many more events to make the gang active and provide them good bonus
