Why do you want to be a leader of specific organization?
i. Having gone through a lot as a criminal, I want to assemble a formidable team to demolish the city and its criminal population.
ii. Our gang will function as a family. No matter what, everyone will defend one another. Everybody will have the same experience. will commit the crime collectively and divide all stolen property equally.
iii. I need at least four deputies in gangs to help them be properly managed, and I will only appoint seasoned criminals to be deputies.
Because families have historically been the underdogs in ghettos and events, I want to be their leader. How many times have you heard or seen families at the top? Little to nothing, I am aware of your thoughts, and I genuinely intend to make this change. I won't just sit around headquarters as a leader; I'll interact with my group. I'll personally conduct interviews, admit members, and drastically alter this gang.
Proven Leadership Across Multiple Roles in a Previous Project
In another project, I ran both legal and illegal groups. I was leader of the government for one term and led the National Guard for two. I was also a deputy in several gangs. These roles gave me a strong feel for how city systems run — both on the law’s side and on the streets. I’ve built stories that pulled the whole server in. Things like kidnappings, lockdowns, and military responses. When leadership is strong, RP gets better for everyone. I want to bring that same energy here.

But if someone is in my gang, I will take him as not only a gang member but also a family member. No member should feel he is alone.
- Your roleplay style: Creating a proper story like real life. Never thought rp as a game. When I play, I feel Im not playing a game, It's my life.

Making this gang a ghetto owner by doing gang rp, joining various event, rob, Breaking state rules and building a proper gang stuff,
Every member will feel they are in best gang. I will make alliance with other gangs if needed. For occ I will always keep eye on discord and make a good relationship with other orgs - Ideas for new activities within the organization:
Making more occ event, A way to interact with unoff fams like helping them in some event or supply illegal stuff.

I have good skill to build a community and have a skill to make a good bond to someone. Good leadership skill, past experience and having a criminal perspective makes me best for this role.
