Why do you want to be a leader of specific organization?
2.1) Proven Leadership Across Multiple Roles in a Previous Project
In another project, I ran both legal and illegal groups. I was leader of the government for one term and led the National Guard for two. I was also a deputy in several gangs. These roles gave me a strong feel for how city systems run — both on the law’s side and on the streets. I’ve built stories that pulled the whole server in. Things like kidnappings, lockdowns, and military responses. When leadership is strong, RP gets better for everyone. I want to bring that same energy here.
2.2) Rebuilding Marabunta's Role in the City's Criminal Landscape
In most cities, gangs lose momentum when there’s no one pushing RP forward. I want to bring Marabunta back as a group that matters. Not just for shootouts, but for real conflict with cops, the FIB, and other legal groups. The back-and-forth is what makes RP fun. I’ve done it before, and I can do it again.
2.3) Building Long-Term Structure and Stability Within the Gang
Good RP needs more than just chaos. I plan to give Marabunta clear roles, rewards, and goals. That way, people stick around and take pride in their crew. I want to build long-term rivalry, real loyalty, and steady growth. With the right setup, the gang won’t just last — it’ll lead the scene.

How will you engage the community?
I’ll bring back proper gang RP. I want to run way more events like store robberies, kidnappings, NG raids and hostage situations that involve not just gangs, but also LEOs and civilians. I’m currently in PD and I see how slow things can get. We need gangs to step up and give others something to react to. I’ll also work with other gang leaders IC for diplomacy to build rivalries or alliances. If we can create a shared storyline between gangs and legal orgs, the whole server benefits. On top of that, I’ll reward players who stay active and contribute, so everyone feels like they’re part of something bigger.

- Role-specific teams (for turf wars, robberies, recruiting) so every member has a purpose.
- Paid corruption RP with cops or officials who want to play dirty for the right price.
- Gang diplomacy meetings to plan joint takeovers or settle beefs through RP, not just shootouts.
- Bonuses and rewards for gang members who stay active, follow the rules, and complete missions.
