2. General Information (intro)
The reason why i want to become leader of FIB is mainly due to the fact i personally believe i have the required leadership skills and dedication to make FIB a great organisation which is demonstrated through my time spent across different servers/cities and being deputy of different departments,
I believe that i could improve the org as a whole and get it running to a point where there
is more RP created not just for people within the org but for people outside of it too whether it may be RP with other orgs legal/illegal
or just with players in general.

Previous leadership experience:
Ive been leader in another project and have successfully ran my term(s) with high activity and have been deputy in many
different cities from gangs to legal orgs like NG/LSPD/Ballas/bloods and lead a few different deps with good success in FIB in different cities.
Your leadership style:
My leadership style in general is to push RP but not strictly so people can have fun with it ofcourse and generally speaking
if there is tasks that need to get done they will be done one way or another that includes UC departments 00 agents/spec ops
ect they all have tasks of their own or atleast should to achieve a common goal together of wanting to prevent and discover crime
go for raids ect, im very hands on and not just a sit back and let the org run its self type of person
4. Vision for the Server
id like to push the org to do whatever they can in a way they can enjoy it and
others around them whether it may be through out the wide range of departments or if its just stuff like enganging with the players in the city
and different orgs for many different reasons whether it may to assist them with something or get evidence for raids or get warrants ect
Event ideas and anything along those lines i would suggest in my time as a leader to see how things go within the city and i already have good ideas in mind just need to wait to be able to execute them
5. Additional Information
I believe that i should get considered for this position due to my willingess and drive to get FIB to its best form and get it known
for what it does best ive had a substantial amount of time within the org and in HC to understand the ins and outs of it and i believe
that what i have in mind is very easily achievable and im willing to do whatever it takes to get FIB where its meant to be and get it known
as the best org out there.
