2. General Information
Why do you want to be a leader of a specific organization?
I want to lead the Ballas because I believe this server has serious RP potential, especially in the gang scene; and I want to be the one to unlock that for the community. On Crystal RP specifically, I briefly served as a Bloods deputy, but the gang had no clear identity. There was a lot of missed potential because players didn’t fully grasp how deep and immersive gang RP can be here. I want to change that with Ballas.
3. Leadership & Roleplay
Previous leadership experience:
I’ve been a leader of a state organization before and have served as deputy in that organization as well as every other state organization, so I understand how to manage responsibility, structure, and create engaging, organized roleplay for others. I also have gang leadership experience, having been a Bloods deputy both here and on another server.
Your leadership style:
My leadership style is organized, inclusive, and RP driven. I focus on respect, structure, communication, and building loyalty through immersive, meaningful RP. I don’t micromanage, instead, I choose to empower others to grow into their ranks, take initiative, and build their own name within the organization. I believe in setting expectations clearly and making sure every member knows their purpose, rank, and opportunities for growth. I will not threaten to demote you, instead I will explain to you what you did wrong and how to be better. When talking doesn’t work, I am not afraid to cut the people who don’t display the same efforts as me when it comes to the organization being successful.
Your roleplay style:
My RP style is semi-serious. I prefer immersive interactions and scenarios that have consequences that can push the RP in this city forward. I don’t want just shootouts in the ghetto, I want turf wars that have reason and excitement, betrayals with buildup and most of all I want to create alliances that matter.
4. Vision for the Server
How will you engage the community?
We can mentor new players in this city who are attracted to the criminal side. We can train them in RP etiquette, teach them how to use the faction functions properly, make money, and help them to understand the rules so they can have a more immersive experience that they will not just enjoy but want to come back to.
Ideas for new activities within the organization:
Initiation quests: Make new members prove themselves worthy of my gang by having them do creative missions like tagging enemy turf or taking drugs to a specific drop off point.
We can host secret events where gangs and civilians can buy or trade weapons, armor, drugs, and other illegal items.

Why should we choose you and not others?
I should be chosen over other candidates because I bring a rare mix of leadership experience, gang RP understanding, and a clear vision for growth that aligns with the future of Crystal RP.
- I’ve led and been a deputy in every state org. I know what it is to give respect and to be respected, as well as structure, discipline, and how to build something that lasts.
- I’ve been a gang deputy multiple times, including in Bloods here on Crystal RP. I understand both sides of the city: legal and illegal.
- I’ve seen what works and what fails. Where others led gangs into inactivity or chaos, I’m offering consistency, direction, and a more enticing RP experience for everyone.
- I’m not applying to have power, my name already has that. I’m applying to build something everyone can be a part of and benefit from.
