General Rules Of Business War

1.1 The territory of the bizwar is a functionally marked area on the map.
1.2 Both sides must be in the bizwar mark at the time of its activation.
1.3 It is forbidden to leave the bizwar zone . | Jail 60 minutes .
1.4
The maximum number of participants in the bizwar is 10, the minimum is 3.
1.5 It is forbidden to fail to show up for the bizwar.
Note: If the defending side does not have enough participants, it can show up in smaller numbers (at least 2).
Note: If the bizwar is AFK with the consent of the leader of the defending faction, the attacking side can be present in the territory in the amount of 1-2 people.
1.6 It is allowed to score bizwar from 14:00 to 23:00.
Note: It is forbidden to score bizwar on the general day of the WFH (War for Hummers), from 19:00 to 19:50. | Verbal to the leader.
Exception:
It is allowed to have a bizwar during the VZH by mutual decision of both parties.
1.7 Bizwar is allowed to be held: Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Sunday.
Exception: Both parties agree to have a bizwar on other days.
1.7.1 It is functionally possible to score a bizwar at least 30 minutes and at most 60 minutes before it starts.
Exception: On mutual days.
Note: Factions that play mutual bizwars are required to play the same number of attacks and defenses against each other. | Verbal to the leader.
1.8
Violation of the system conditions for scoring is equivalent to a bug.
1.9 One mafia can only make 4 attacks and 4 defenses per day.
Note: A maximum of 3 attacks can be made per mafia.
Exception: If there is no leader of the mafia, then 4 attacks can be made per mafia.

1.9.2 It is forbidden to change the conditions of the bizwar after it has been scored in the Main discord. | Cancel bizwar / Verbal to the leader.

The attacking side is forbidden to be inactive for the duration of the bizwar. | Rollback bizwar \ Verbal to the leader .

It is prohibited to remove the weapon from your hands for the purpose of preserving it. | Verbal to the leader .

No transfer. | Warn to all participants, Verbal to the leader .
1.14
No killing/damaging opponents through textures. | Jail 90 minutes .
Exception:
non-solid fence.
1.15 No selling/buying businesses.
1.16 Bizwar participants must be dressed in the color of their mafia's clothing (at least 50% of all clothing). | Jail 60 minutes, in case of mass violations, a verbal to the leader .
Note:
Outerwear must match the color of your mafia.
Note: The lower part of the clothing must be a neutral color or the color of your mafia.
1.17 Bizwar participants are required to have a video recording of their actions on the bizwar from the entrance to the marker. In the absence of a video recording, the player may be blocked/suspended from participating in bizwars, the territory may be transferred to the opposing side. The storage period for rollbacks is 72 hours.
Note: The Administration may request a full video recording of the bizwar from a participant at any time if necessary/suspicious. The recording must be provided to the Administration within 3 hours upon request.
Note: The video must be recorded from the start of the bizwar until its actual end (when the losing side has 0 players on the counter).
Minimum video quality - 720P.
HUD and game sound are required.
Voice chat of Discord or other communication applications.
1.18 Government employees are prohibited from detaining people who are preparing for the bizwar 30 minutes before the start of the bizwar. | Jail 60 minutes \ Warn .
Note: If a player provokes an arrest, employees are allowed to carry out the arrest.
1.19 It is prohibited to use roofs \ hills. | Jail 120 minutes, in case of mass violations a verbal to the leader .
1.20
It is prohibited to be in the water on the territory of the "Port" bizwar.
Note: If a player accidentally falls into the water, he is prohibited from further participation in the bizwar, but will not be punished.
1.21 It is prohibited to occupy certain flights of stairs on the territory of the bizwar "Port":
1.22 A player who systematically violates the rules of bizwars or brings an advantage to one of the parties due to an unstable Internet connection may be suspended from participation in bizwars for the period required by the monitoring administration.
1.23 All participants of the bizwar must be in the official discord of their faction during its conduct. | The first time, a verbal to the leader, for subsequent violations, a "verbal reprimand" .
1.24 If a player is found on a bizwar whose increased loading distance for more detailed objects (see game settings) does not allow saving all textures in the business war zone, the bizwar may be rolled back, and such a player may be suspended from the business war.
1.25 Chief Curator/Chief Administration has the right to establish any rules and restrictions on bizwars (orally or in writing for a specific situation) in order to avoid incorrect interpretation of the documented rules.

Prohibited

2.1 In case of multiple, repeated, intentional violations, the player may be banned from attending the event.
2.2 It is prohibited to pick up items dropped by opponents until the end of the event. | Jail 60 minutes / WARN .

Note:
from the beginning to the end of the animation.
Exception: provided that if a person has poor vision of the enemy / does not see and at that moment uses health restorers / drugs, then this is considered a violation, but is not taken into account when rolling back the territory.
2.7 It is forbidden to score a capt using body armor.
Exception: mutual consent (type of body armor, quantity).
2.8 It is forbidden to use animations, as well as gait. | Jail 60 minutes / WARN .
2.9
Capt participants must be dressed in the colors of their gang's clothing. | Jail 60 minutes .
Note: outerwear (torso, T-shirts, jackets) must fully match the gang's color.
2.10 Turf War players are forbidden to use the simplified Windows operating system. | Punishment is given as for third-party software.
2.11
It is forbidden to violate the terms of the capt. | Jail 60 minutes .
2.12
It is forbidden to occupy/exit/run through any tunnels/subways. | Jail 60 minutes .
2.13
