Hello Admin Team,
I was banned because I opened some crates and received some money and CC. I quickly realized that something seemed suspicious, so I stopped opening any more crates. I used the CC to fully level up my Battle Pass I was already at level 34 and purchased everything. Apart from that, I earned about 15 million in-game currency on my own. I did not put any money or CC into the family except for the Battle Pass-related purchases.
Because of the ban, I have now lost my family house and business, including my weapons shop, even though I already owned those items beforehand. I would appreciate it if you could consider unbanning me.
