Hello Admins,

So i created a new account because I lost the email and password to my old one. The recovery process is going to take close to a week to recover if even possible. I just logged in today first time after that and wanted to play with friends on a new account, I didn't give money or items to anyone on this new account. Is there anyway to unban this account and use this as my main, and to ban the other accounts I have. I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused, and hope to play on this account again.
