- Why do you want to be a leader of specific organization?
- I’m applying to become the Leader of FIB because I have the leadership skills and vision to take the faction to the next level. My focus will be on building a strong internal structure, enforcing discipline and professionalism, and keeping the team active and engaged.
- I will monitor member activity closely — inactive members will be warned and replaced if needed to maintain high standards. I’ll also introduce a bonus system to reward active and dedicated members, boosting motivation and making our faction one of the most active and respected in the city.
With my leadership, we will run as a united, efficient, and dominant force.

- Previous leadership experience: I did not do as a leader but i have been in high command in lspd
- Your leadership style: My leadership style is disciplined, structured, and fair. I lead by example, enforce rules strictly, and ensure every member stays active and professional. I value teamwork, clear communication, and reward dedication. Under my leadership, FIB will run like a high-level agency organized, active, and respected.
- Your roleplay style: I’m passionate about improving roleplay quality. My goal is to take RP to the next level by making it more realistic and engaging, so that everyone in the city can enjoy a more immersive and fun experience.
- How will you engage the community? I’ll engage the community by creating realistic and high-quality RP scenarios such as investigations, raids, undercover ops, and intel-based missions. I’ll collaborate with other orgs to build dynamic storylines and keep the city involved. My goal is to make FIB a key part of the city's RP experience
- Ideas for new activities within the organization:
- I plan to introduce undercover operations, intelligence-gathering missions, surveillance tasks, and joint training exercises with LEOs. We’ll also run internal drills to sharpen tactics and host mock crime scenes for investigation training. These activities will keep members engaged, improve RP quality, and strengthen FIB’s presence in the city.
- Why should we choose you and not others? Because I bring discipline, leadership, and a clear vision to the table. I’m not just here to hold a title — I’m here to build an active, professional, and respected FIB. I lead by example, stay consistent, and focus on realistic RP that engages the entire city.
