- Responsibilities Held: Set up an admin team for Zenith, trained staff from 0, ensured cooperation and teamwork between admins, met all goals within deadlines, coordinated leader selection and org setup, oversaw rule creation and maintenance, conducted meetings & server testing with formatted bug reports, and more. I played SAMP for around 7 years, held all kinds of positions from admin lvl 1 to admin lvl 10, oversaw faction spheres, did regular admin work, etc.
4. Skills and Qualifications
- Why are you suitable for this position? I have a decade worth of GTA RP experience, held the highest admin positions and overdelivered on my goals within deadlines (usually a lot earlier than the set deadlines), have experience with managing teams of people, training staff and always stick to the rules and guidelines in my work.
- Relevant Skills (e.g., communication, technical skills): great at managing my time and delivering on my tasks within the set timeframes, able to work under pressure, very confident communicator focused on enhancing player experience and creating a good atmosphere around me, knowledgeable about GTA 5 RP from the technical perspective (rage & altv multiplayer engines). Also have plenty of experience on the player side: being a player and leader, and more.

- Reason for wanting to be an administrator: After all the time playing on various RP projects, RP has little to give me and I feel like my skillset and knowledge can be better utilised within the admin team.
